Rubelyn is a 26-year-old married woman. She has two children; the oldest is eight years old.
Rubelyn owns tractors, which other farmers rent during plowing and harvesting. This is how she earns income for her family. She wants to acquire an additional tractor so more farmers can rent at the same time. She applied for a loan of PHP 5,000 from CEVI. If granted, she said she would use it to buy an additional tractor.
