Ngi S., age 37, is married and resides with her children in Kompong Chnang Province, Cambodia. She has two children. She has a business of selling various kinds of groceries at home, earning an income of US$ 5 per day. Her husband operates a business of selling palm juice and fruits, earning an income of US$ 5 per day. By doing so, she is able to cover her family expenses, especially on the children’s education. She has been with this job since 1990. S. is requesting a loan of USD 700 to purchase more various kinds of groceries to stock the store. This is her first loan from CREDIT, partnered Kiva.
