Nuestro socio es un padre trabajador y emprendedor que a parte de ser periodista se dedica al mantenimiento de inmuebles, él trabaja con varios empleados en obras que le contratan, por ejemplo ellos hacen enchapados de mayólicas, refacción de paredes, etc. José requiere el préstamo para pagar los sueltos de sus empleados porque José tiene un contrato para realizar una obra pero los dueños de la obra pagaran al finalizar la obra.
