Nicolas Aguero is 44 years old and has been married to Blanca Portillo for 25 years. They have 12 children together who they care for and who Nicolas supports with his earnings working as a carpenter. Nicolas' two oldest sons, ages 18 and 20 work with him. The family lives on Potrerito street in Coronel Oviedo. According to Nicolas, his work and his family's well being is his life. He is from a family of modest means and learned his trade from his father, Lorenzo. Nicolas is seeking the loan from Fundación Paraguaya to purchase basic materials, as he as already signed a contract with a local school to build chairs and desks. With this loan he will be able to purchase wood in bulk for a low price.
