Mr. Ousmane Cissé is married and 24 years old. He lives in his father's house in a large traditional family with his mother and five brothers. For the past three years he has been carrying out his own business purchasing and selling a variety of items in a shop in the Angloulême neighborhood. His shop lies close to Boulevard CAN 2002, a strategic business area of Ségou. In order to increase his working capital, he turned to Soro Yiriwaso, and he has had relations with this company for the past 24 months. After two individual loans which were repaid without incident, he is on his third individual loan with which he plans to buy half a ton of sugar and a barrel of (edible) oil. He gets his supplies in Bamako and locally from wholesalers. Mr. Ousmane Cissé sells for cash and on credit to a customer base made up of men and women. He expects to make a monthly profit of 100,000 FCFA. This profit will allow him to help his father cover the household expenses. His ambition is to diversify his activities and open a petrol station.

Monsieur Ousmane Cissé est marié et âgée de 24 ans. Il vit chez son père dans une grande famille traditionnelle avec sa mère et ses 5 frères dans le quartier Sébougou de Ségou (quatrième région administrative de la république du Mali).
Ousmane a abandonné l’école en classe de 8ème année fondamentale (système éducatif Malien) pour faire le commerce auprès de son grand frère qui tenait une boutique de vente d’articles divers. Après 2 années passées avec ce dernier, il maîtrise bien les rouages du commerce. Depuis maintenant trois ans, il mène seul son activité d’achat et de vente d’articles divers de boutique au quartier Angoulême. Sa boutique située auprès du boulevard CAN 2002 est le lieu des affaires par excellence à Ségou.
Pour augmenter son fonds de commerce il a fait recours à Soro Yiriwaso avec qui, il est en relation depuis 24 mois. Après 2 prêts individuels tous bien remboursés, il est à son 3ème prêt individuel qu’il compte utiliser pour acheter, ½ tonne de sucres et 1 barrique d’huile alimentaire.
Il s’approvisionne à Bamako et sur place auprès des grossistes.
Monsieur Ousmane Cissé vend au comptant et à crédit à une clientèle composée d’hommes et de femmes.
Il envisage réaliser un bénéfice mensuel de 100 000 FCFA. Ce bénéfice lui permettra d’aider son père dans la prise en charge des dépenses familiales.
Son ambition est de diversifier ses activités en ouvrir une station d’essence.
