Mrs.Saroeun T. is 30 years old and lives in Chheu Teal Phluoh village, Takeo province. She is a farmer who owns a 2-hectare field where she cultivates rice. Her husband, Mr. Nak Hang, mines gems in the local village from which he earns a small income. Mrs. Saroeun T. decided to ask for a loan to buy two pigs and pig food for pig breeding. With this loan she hopes to increase their income and improve her family's living conditions. Mrs.Saroeun T. is the mother of two children who are both students at the local school.
