T. Clémence was born in 1979 in Houègbo in Atlantique province in Bénin. Clémence is married to ANGO Nicaise, an employee at the Benin Brewing Company in Bénin, and is the mother of two children, both enrolled in school. She has been living with her family for some 10 years in the Enagnon district of Cotonou, economic capital of Bénin. The couple both participate in supporting the family.

Clémence was not enrolled in school for long and later learned hairdressing. This is the business she has been in for 15 years, in order to earn a living. Besides this business, she also sells various hairdressing products and lengths of cloth in her beauty shop, located in the Enagnon district. Clémence is a long-time client of ALIDé and has previously received three loans from ALIDé, all correctly reimbursed. However, she has encountered financial difficulties since she had an accident during her third loan period. She would like to boost her business to better satisfy her clientele and earn more money. This is what brings her to request a fourth loan from ALDé.

Clémence est mariée à ANGO Nicaise, un employé à la Société Béninoise de Brasserie au Bénin, et est mère de deux enfants tous scolarisés. Clémence vit depuis une dizaine d’année au quartier Enagnon à Cotonou, capitale économique du Bénin, avec sa famille. Le couple assure ensemble les charges de la famille. Clémence a très peu fréquenté et a appris ensuite la coiffure. C’est cette activité que Clémence exerce depuis 15 ans, pour faire face à ses différents besoins. A côté de cette activité, Clémence vend également divers produits de coiffure et également des tissus dans son atelier situé au quartier Enagnon. Clémence est une ancienne cliente de ALIDé qui a bénéficié antérieurement de trois crédits auprès de ALIDé, crédits qu’elle a tous bien remboursés. Cependant, Clémence a rencontré de difficultés financières depuis qu’elle a été victime d’un accident à son troisième crédit. Clémence voudrait rehausser le niveau de son activité pour mieux satisfaire sa clientèle et se faire plus de revenu. C’est ce qui a amené Clémence à solliciter un quatrième prêt auprès de ALDé.
