Mrs. Yin K., 36, is a rice farmer who has a partner in her husband, who assists her in planting crops. Besides their crop-growing business, the couple raised a few pigs in a stall next to their house. They plan to sell all the pigs when they come to maturity.
The couple was married many years ago and now they have two school-aged kids. Yin K. is excellent at raising pigs and she has been widely known for this skill for a long time.
Yin K. is taking out her first loan to buy more piglets to breed.

The organization provides microfinance services to the poor, particularly women, in urban and rural areas.
