Zenaida, 42 years old, is a rice farmer. She is able to earn income from her small farm, which she uses to buy her family food, clothing and other basic needs. Her 1-hectare (2.5-acre) rice field is located in Norala, South Cotabato.
Zenaida would like to apply for a loan of Php 15,000 from Community Economic Ventures Inc. She will use the loan to fund her farm and buy farming necessities.
