Dim L. is 30 years old and resides with her husband in the Takeo province. To earn a living, she has been working as a garment factory worker and is able to make about $1.60 every day. Her husband is a moto-taxi driver. On average, he makes $5.60 a day. This couple has two young children living at home to support.
Dim's husband is complaining about his old motorbike. He says that it takes a lot of gas to operate and that he often has to take the bike in for repairs. Recognizing these difficulties, Dim L. is asking for a loan of $800 so that her husband can replace his old and unreliable motorbike.
