Thuok Narnn is 45 years old and lives with her husband in the Takeo province. She is a rice farmer and she also sells flowers at the local market. She is able to make about $2 of profit every day.
Her husband has been operating a moto-taxi since 2000. On average, he is able to make about $5 a day. This couple has five children, three of whom are garment factory workers and one is a student.
Thuok Narnn is requesting a loan of $1200 to make two investments. She would like to reinvest $200 in her flower business and the rest is to invest in a fruit store.
