Vásquez cuenta con 34 años de edad, es casada de oficios Comerciante, “Venta de Papas Fritas” cuenta con una carreta de papas fritas, habita junto a sus 4 hijos conjuntamente con su esposo, Ella y su esposo se dedican al mismo oficio cuentan con un empleado para la misma actividad, lleva 13 años de laborar en su comercio que se encuentra en el Paraje Paquechop, Cantón Xesacmaljá , del departamento de Totonicapán, Guatemala, actualmente la demanda de su clientela a crecido, pero las condiciones económicas en que se encuentra no son suficientes para que ella pueda aumentar su capital, por tal razón acudió a la Asociación ASDIR, a solicitar un préstamo, con la intención de comprar materia prima y de esa manera poder aumentar sus ventas, esperando también poder sacar adelante a sus hijos, y que tengan mejores condiciones de vida.

ASDIR (Asociación de Desarrollo Integral Rural - Association for the Development of Rural Communities) is a community-based organization that works to promote development in the villages and communities where it serves. It was founded in 1999 in the village of Nimasac, Totonicapán Department, by a handful of local men and women to support community projects and group loans. Today ASDIR has 5 offices across 3 departments (Totonicapán, Sololá and Suchitepéquez) serving more than 6,000 clients, most of them in rural communities.
