To make a living, Esther owns & operates a tricycle (motorcycle with a sidecar for passengers) transportation service in the local community. Esther has been engaged in her business for over 3 years and earns approximately 10000 PHP a month from these activities.

In 2009, Esther joined GDMPC to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and ability to engage in business activities. Esther has successfully repaid a previous loan of 23000 PHP from GDMPC. Esther is requesting a new loan of 5000 PHP to repair her business vehicles so she can provide better service. This will be Esther's second loan from GDMPC. She plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to improve her family's living conditions.
