Fadel is married with three school-age children. He supports his family by providing electricity to his village with his electric motor, having seen a need for such a service in 2005. Today, Fadel is requesting a loan of $1,200 to buy electric cables and perform maintenance on the motor in order to expand his business to cover a wider region.
