Filomena, elaboran las empanadas tucumanas en su domicilio y luego realizan la entrega a sus clientes.

Esta actividad se constituyendose en su principal fuente de ingreso para ella y su madre, que viven en casa de su hijo mayor. El destino del credito para la compra de un refrigerador, un meson de panaderia, una cocina industrial y menaje de cocina.
