Ana Carolina
Ana Y. is a 19-year-old woman who lives in the Perimetral de Guayaquil area. The only utilities she has are water and power. She is single and has no children.

She started her call shop a year ago with the financial support of her boyfriend, who is currently abroad. Little by little, she has been filling up display cases with Yanbal products, such as lotions and fragrances. Ana works every day from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm with her sister’s help. Together they provide local and long-distance phone services. One of her biggest obstacles is the power rationing that is done by the government.

With this loan, she would like to purchase a photocopy machine. In the future, she would like to finish her Marketing degree and own a business space.
