Don Segundo tiene un año de laborar como consejal de la Alcaldia El Coral Chontales habitante del casco urbano el Coral, tiene tres hijos todos menores de edad los cuales los tiene estudiando su primaria, su esposa se encarga de los quehaceres del hogar y del cuido de los niños, solicita su primer crédito a la institución de AFODENIC, para ser invertido en aumento de su galera para realizar el ordeño de manera mas higiénica y brindar un cuido mas adecuado a su ganado bovino, el desempeña el cargo de concejal propietario en Alcaldía , además posee su propia finca y ganado, según referencias de sus vecinos lo consideran como un hombre responsable, honesto y de buenos valores morales.
