Jose Elmer P. M. is 51, and he lives in the Waspan Norte neighborhood. He is married, and his wife helps him tend the business while he is doing his work as a bricklayer. Mr. Peralt’s greatest desires are to finish building his house, to educate and prepare his youngest daughter, and to be able to develop his business so that one day they can rely solely on the business. That is why he is requesting a loan to give him the economic resources to increase sales and have greater earnings.
