Zila, es una mujer muy puntual en sus reuniones, vive en el distrito de Manantay, región Ucayali, tiene 35 años, es madre de dos hijos, ambos menores de edad, ella se dedica a la administración de su bodega, esta actividad la realiza en su casa, cuenta con el apoyo de su esposo, quien se dedica a ser chofer de su propio motocarro. Zila forma parte del Banco comunal “Las Orquídeas”, desde hace seis años, el primer crédito que recibió fue de 300 soles, que fue invertido en productos para su bodega, ahora ella necesita de un crédito de 3000 soles, que será invertido en la compra y venta de bebidas refrescantes y abarrotes en general. El anhelo de Zila es tener otro motocarro para darlo en alquiler y de esta manera aumentar sus ingresos.
