Viviana is a student at the Del Valle University. In order to pay for her studies she works selling perfumes and cosmetics at offices and universities and to friends. Her collections are every two weeks.

Her home is located in the Villa Fátima neighborhood of the city of La Paz. She is single and has over 2 years of work experience, since she used to work with her mother who was also a perfume promoter, and now she is independent.

This is the fifth time she has requested a loan from IMPRO. The requested amount will be destined to pay for her boarding and tuition at the University. She is in the final years, and the previous loans she was granted were used for payment of boarding at the University, which is private.

Viviana is a client who, with her effort and the help of IMPRO, is at the point of achieving becoming a professional. Her work allows approval of this loan and provides income to cover the loan.

Viviana es estudiante de la Universidad del Valle, y para poder pagara sus estudios se dedica a la venta de perfumes y cosméticos, en las oficinas, universidades y amigos, y sus cobros son quincenales.

Su domicilio se encuentra ubicado en la zona de Villa Fátima de la ciudad de La Paz; es soltera y tiene experiencia de trabajo mas de 2 años, ya que anteriormente trabajaba con su madre que también era promotora de perfumes y actualmente es independiente.

Es la Quinta vez que solicita un crédito de IMPRO. El monto solicitado será destinado para el pago de pensiones y tutoría en la universidad ya que Viviana esta en los últimos años, y los anteriores créditos que se le otorgaron fueron para el pago de pensiones a la Universidad, que es Privada.

Viviana es una cliente que con su esfuerzo y la ayuda de Impro esta a punto de lograr ser profesional.
Su trabajo le permite acceder a este crédito y le da ingresos para cubrir el préstamo.

IMPRO is a small non-profit organization that has been offering micro credit to the working poor in the Bolivian cities of La Paz and El Alto since 1995. IMPRO’s goal is to fight poverty by offering loans to small business owners who cannot access credit through the regular banking system due to a lack of guarantees or collateral.

To ensure that everyone has access to credit, IMPRO maintains a low interest rate by minimizing operational costs. IMPRO’s partnership with Kiva, which began in 2007, has allowed IMPRO to expand its services while maintaining these low interest rates.
