The Gaviotas Communal Association is part of the German Busch Community Center. The members of this group have joined together for the first time to access a loan and take advantage of other services offered by Pro Mujer. They all have different retail businesses such as selling skirts, vegetables, and shoes.

One of the members is María C., who is 20 years old and sells different types of clothing at the various fairs. She offers her products on an individual basis, one customer at a time. Another member is Patricia M., who is 24 years old. She has an established vending location on the outskirts of El Alto where she sells mobile phones.

All of the members are in need of loans so that they can strengthen their businesses and generate enough income to cover expenses such as food, housing, clothing, and education for their children.

La Asociación Comunal Gaviotas pertenece al Centro Focal German Busch, están juntas por primera vez, agrupándose para acceder al préstamo y los demás servicios que oferta Pro Mujer, todas tienen diversos negocios como la venta de polleras (faldas), verduras, zapatos.
Una de las integrantes es María C. de 20 años se dedica a vender ropa variada en diferentes ferias ofreciendo persona a persona, otra integrante es Patricia M. de 24 años vende celulares en la Ceja de la Ciudad de El Alto en un lugar fijo.
Todas necesitan el préstamo para fortalecer sus negocios y así generar ingresos para cubrir los gastos de comida, vivienda, ropa y educación de sus familias.
