Vive junto a su esposo, el cual trabaja como cobrador de buses, y junto a su hijo de un año de edad. Ella posee una venta de paletas y helados, los cuales los comercializa en su hogar, esto los vende por unidad y así mismo los vende por mayor a los vendedores ambulantes. Ana es una persona la cual trata de esforzarse día con día, ya que es consiente que el sueldo de su esposo es muy poco para poder solventar todos los gastos del hogar, es por esto que ella solícita un préstamo a través del cual pueda comprar más helados y paletas, de manera que pueda contar con más cliente que compren el producto al por mayor, de esta manera ella espera aumentar las ventas y brindarle la ayuda necesaria a su esposo.
