En el municipio de Somotillo, en el departamento de Chinandega, el señor Cesar S. con mucho esfuerzo se dedica a su actividad de torno elaborando todo tipo de piezas metalicas las que son trabajadas por él mismo en su propia casa de habitación donde es visitado por sus clientes a diario.
Actualmente, el señor Cesar S. atraviesa la necesidad de mejorar las condiciones de su casa de habitación y para esto ha acudido a Ceprodel con el fin de que le sea otorgado un crédito para la compra de los materiales de construcción para llevar a cabo esta obra ya que su casa requiere de un mejoramiento para así brindarle a sus tres hijos en edad escolar las condiciones necesarias de vida para que estos se desarrollen y lleguen a tener un techo digno donde habitar.
