Marilou F., 44 years old , is a mother and a farmer in Norala, South Cotabato in Mindanao. She has three children, who also help her on the farm, tilling the soil. They work as a team from morning until sunset, so that they will be able to ensure that they will have an abundant harvest. This is because they take seriously the growing of their rice crop.
She hopes to receive a loan of Php 15,000 from Community Economic Ventures Inc. She will use the loan to buy farm supplies. In that way she will be able to improve the size of her harvest and income as well.
