Zenaida D., 51 years old, is a resident of Sta. Josefa, Agusan del Sur. She has a farm and grows rice. She works from morning until sunset to ensure that she will have a very abundant harvest. She wants to earn more income to help her family buy food, clothes and other basic needs.
She is asking for a loan of 15,000 Philippine pesos from Community Economic Ventures, Inc., a Kiva partner. The loan will go far in buying farm supplies to double the size of her harvest.
