Morrison is thirty-four years old, and is single with no children. He lives alone in a rented apartment in a coastal town community popular with tourists in the central region of Ghana. As a result, the main occupation of the locals is farming. Morrison deals in car fuel: diesel, petrol, engine oil, and other motor accessories, which he sells from a roadside tank. He buys fuel from the tankers that supply the filling stations. Morrison has been in business for one year and wants a loan to buy fuel in bulk to increase his stock.
