This is why they don’t have much competition in their job market. The purpose of the new financing is to acquire goods, supplies and tools that will help them generate better incomes in order to be able to give their families a better quality of life. As for experience, the group members have experience at institutions similar to the Agrocapital foundation. Therefore, they have the capacity to administer the funds granted to them, to grow their businesses and improve their income more each day since the well-being of their families depends on it.

El grupo "Luz y vida" esta representada por la señora María Elvira y conformada por 21 miembros que ingresan a un primer ciclo dentro de la institución demostrando en sus reuniones previas mucho compañerismo y ganas de trabajar para salir adelante. Cada una de las socias se dedican a diferentes actividades comerciales como la venta de comida, pan, empanadas, abarrotes en tiendas comerciales, repuestos para motos, refrescos, hamacas y también a prestar servicios como portería, transporte en moto taxis y empleos en general. Las socias están concientes que lo que realmente hace la diferenta entre un negocio y otro es el trato que se brinda a los clientes para que se hagan fieles a los productos ofrecidos por las socias es por esto que no tienen mucha competencia en su mercado laboral. El destino del nuevo financiamiento es para la adquisición de mercadería, insumos y herramientas que les ayude a generar mejores ingresos para poder darles a sus familias una mejor calidad de vida. En cuanto a su experiencia las socias cuentan con experiencia en instituciones similares a la fundación Agrocapital por lo que tienen la capacidad para administrar los fondos otorgados para hacer crecer sus negocios y mejorar cada día mas sus ingresos ya que de ello depende el bienestar de sus familias.
