Norma buys the cashews and prepares them in a handmaD. manner and then places them in a small bag so that she can sell them in exact measures. Her children contribute to the process of preparing the cashews. Norma is requesting a loan which she will use for the necessary capital in order to be able to increase the quantity of raw cashews and therefore count on more products to sell. She appreciates her business a lot since it has been through this that she has been able to give her children schooling and clothing.
