Mustapha K. has a drug store with a class C License which enables him to sell essential drugs. He started this business eleven years ago as a drug peddler. He has constructed a small store along the main road to provide convenient storage facility for the drugs. Mustapha is married and has two children. His store is open for seventeen hours every day and his wife provides the necessary support to run the store. Now ideally located, he wants to increase his stock and hire a druggist on a part-time basis so that he can be qualified to include controlled but essential drugs to his stock items. Mustapha is intelligent and determined, he wants to construct a small house for his family in the future.
