Sonia has been a borrower since 2004. She began as part of the Buen Samaritano group and later with the Diamante group for twelve cycles. She is now taking out loans individually. This is her third individual loan. She is a very hard worker, since before her husband passed away she was in charge of maintaining the household and educating her two children, who are still young and who attend school. With the previous loans she took out, she purchased goods for her house and for her business. She lives in her mother's house, has good references from neighbors, and is a good borrower.
