Bilma Raquel
Bilma M. is 27 years old and one of the young members of the Santa Ana Communal Bank in the city of Cuenca. She lives in the Los Laureles neighborhood in Santa Ana Parrish with her husband and two children, ages 10 and 8. They are students at La Consolación School in El Valle Parrish. Her husband works as a bus driver with his own vehicle. They do not own a home, but they currently live in a house provided by her sister.


Bilma works as a beauty consultant and has been selling the Yanbal line of products for one year, and Avon products for two years. She also raises pigs and chickens to sell to neighbors in the community, especially during the holidays. Bilma says that all of her businesses have been doing well because she knows how to manage them.


She has been working with the Foundation for five years and has greatly benefited from the loans, which she used to buy animals and beauty products to grow her business. With this new loan from Fundación ESPOIR, Bilma will purchase perfumes, crèmes, and additional cosmetics for the Christmas season. In addition, she will buy products to promote the growth of her animals such as corn, bran, nutritional feed, and vitamins. Her greatest dream is to have a house of her own.

Bilma M. tiene 27 años es una de las socias jóvenes del banco comunal Santa Ana en la ciudad de Cuenca, vive en el barrio los Laureles en la parroquia Santa Ana junto a su esposo y sus dos hijos de 10 y 8 años de edad, ellos estudian en la escuela La Consolación en la parroquia El Valle, su esposo trabaja como chofer de su propio bus, no tienen casa propia por lo que vive en una casa prestada por su cuñada.

Bilma trabaja como consultora de belleza de las líneas Yanbal hace un año y Avon hace dos, también se dedica a la cría de chanchos y pollos que los vende a sus vecinos de la comunidad y sobre todo en época de fiestas, nos comenta que le va bien en sus negocios por lo que sabe administrar.


Lleva cinco años trabajando con los prestamos de la fundación que le han beneficiado mucho para comprar sus animales y productos de belleza para incrementar su negocio, con el nuevo préstamo que la FUNDACIÓN ESPOIR le entregue va a invertir en la compra perfumes, cremas y más cosméticos para la época navideña así como alimentopara sus animales como maíz, afrecho, balanceado y vitaminas para su crecimiento.
