Chourb S., 49, is married with three children. She resides in Battambong Province, Cambodia with her husband (pictured) and children. To make a living, her husband is a dentist who works out of his home, earning approximately US $4 per day. The family is also assisted by two of S.’s children who are currently employed as construction workers in Siem Reap Province, earning an income of US $4 per day each. S. and her husband are seeking to improve their standard of living and generate a better income. Therefore, S. is asking for a loan of US $500 to purchase a motorbike for every family member to use.
