Khader is a young Palestinian man living in Bethlehem city. He has a small kiosk (stand) in the old city of Bethlehem at the vegetable & fruit market.
Khader started this business 10 years ago when he was very young and he gained experience when he was even younger as his father also owns a vegetable and fruit shop and he used to help him.

Khader requested 2000 USD from FATEN to buy a large quantity of fruits and vegetables for Eid Al-Adha (a Muslim feast day), as wholesale merchants in such events request cash for providing the merchandise, especially since it becomes more expensive on such occasions. Also there is high demand next month as Christmas and New Year are coming in late December for Western Christians and early January for Eastern Christians.

Khader is still single and he hopes that very soon he will be economically independent and can afford the expected expenses of having a family. Khader appears in the picture at his business.
