The community bank "Persévérance Plus" is a group established in solidarity and composed of 26 members, including the leader, Georgette. These micro-entrepreneurs are determined to develop their businesses with the financial support of the lenders of the world via Kiva and the micro-finance institution HOPE RDC.

Georgette Kapinga, aged 55, has been in the micro-enterprise world since 1982. She has committed nearly her entire life to small businesses, and she has acquired solid experience in it. Her current work involves selling spices and soft drinks.

She is a loyal HOPE RDC client, who has obtained a loan three times and repaid them on time. The next loan will be used to buy spices to satisfy the needs of her customers and to buy four cases of soft drinks to sell with the goal of growing her revenues.

Georgette is married and the mother of ten children, ranging from 21 to 42 years of age. Just two of them are attending school.

Georgette Kapinga, 55 ans, est dans le monde de micro entreprise depuis 1982. Elle a consacré presque toute sa vie au petit commerce et elle en a acquit une solide expérience. Son affaire actuelle consiste à la vente des épices et de la boisson sucrée. Elle est cliente fidèle qui obtenu 3 fois les crédits de l’IMF HOPE RDC et a tout remboursé à temps. Le prochain prêt lui servira d’acheter des épices pour satisfaire le besoin de ses clients et acheter 4 casiers de sucré à revendre dans le but d’accroitre le revenu. Georgette est mariée et mère de 10 enfants dont leurs âges varient entre 21 et 42 ans. Deux seulement d’entre eux vont à l’école.
