Jorge sells bread crumbs. His wife, Alina Bustamante, works in a supermarket. They are tenants in the Villa Litoral zone. Don Jorge buys the stale bread that is left over from his wife's work each day, which are collected and wrapped in bags and left to harden. Once there are a few bags of hardened bread, Don Jorge buys them and afterwards carries them back home to grind in a small grinding machine. Later, he sells the crumbs by the hundredweight and pound. Don Jorge is a very reponsible person towards his job and his family. He is requesting a loan for the purchase of a larger grinding machine since the one he currently has is a manual machine, and the one he intends to buy is semi-automatic. With the new machine, Jorge hopes to increase his sales and be able to make his business grow as well.
