Filomena C. is a part of the Fe y Alegria Association of Pro Mujer. She is married with 5 children. She is a manufacturer of skirts (women's dresses), and sells them at the 16th of July and Tiawanacu fairs in the city of El Alto. She started helping her mother, from whom she learned this trade, at a young age. Seven years ago, she solicited her first loan, with which she increased her capital to start her own business. Currently, Filomena desires to open her own skirt stand in the Garita de Lima zone in the city of La Paz. This would help her improve her own way of life, especially since she currently lives with her 5 children and her husband in her grandfather's house.

Filomena C. pertenece a la Asociación Fe y Alegría de Pro Mujer, casada y con 5 hijos se dedica a la confección artesanal de polleras (vestidos de chola) y deambula por las ferias 16 de Julio y Tiawanacu de la ciudad de El Alto.

Comenzó muy joven, ayudando a su madre, de quien aprendió todo el arte de la confección. Hace 7 años solicitó su primer crédito, con el cual incrementó su capital para iniciar ella su propio negocio.

En la actualidad, Filomena quiere abrir su propia tienda de venta de polleras en la zona Garita de Lima de la ciudad de La Paz para de esta forma poder mejorar su calidad de vida, ya que en la actualidad ella vive con sus 5 hijos y su esposo en casa de su abuelo.
