The Flor de Valle Alto (Flower of High Valley) is a group of 11 cheerful and fraternal members that meet at the Villa Adela communal bank every two weeks. Led by their governing body presided over by Aurora Aruqipa, Trini Mabel Suñagua, Treasurer, and Luz Angela G., Recording Secretary, they develop their by-laws under which they will work during this first cycle. Most of the members of this group sell prepared meals and they need the funding to buy groceries. Others are blanket weavers and need to buy wool. Lastly, some sell clothing, fruit, and juices and need funding to buy merchandise. All are motivated to see their businesses grow, above all during this end-of-year season, when economic activity is greater.

Flor de Valle Alto, un grupo de 11 integrantes fraternales y alegres, se reunen en el Centro Focal Villa Adela cada dos semanas, liderizadas por su mesa directiva, así Aurora A. es la Presidenta, Trini Mabel Suñagua es la Tesorera y Luz Angela G. es la Secretaria de Actas, todas elaboran su reglamento interno para trabajar durante este primer ciclo.
La mayoría de las integrantes tienen el negocio de venta de comida y ellas necesitan el préstamo para comprar víveres, otras se dedican a tejer mantas y necesitan comprar lana, por último algunas venden ropa, fruta y jugos y requieren del préstamo para comprar mercadería.
Todas estan motivadas a hacer crecer sus negocios, sobre rodo por esta época de fin de año, donde el movimiento económico crece.
