Elise Assogba

Elise ASSOGBA was born on February 11, 1975, in Cotonou, the economic capital of Benin. She's married to Alim ADECHI and the mother of one school-attending child. For five years, Elise has been living with her child and her husband in the Avotrou neighborhood in Cotonou. She supports the family on her own and she never attended school. For about four years, she's been selling fabrics by the distribution system. Elise is also a hairdresser who sells hair extensions. She gets her supplies in Dantokpa, an international market in Benin. She's a long time client of Kiva's partner, Alidé, who repays her loans without problems. In order to increase her stock of fabric to better meet customer demand, Elise is seeking her fourth loan from Alidé.

ASSOGBA Elise est née le 11 Février 1975 à Cotonou, capitale économique du Bénin. Elise est mariée à ADECHI Alim et est mère d'un enfant qui est scolarisé. Elise vit avec son enfant et son mari depuis 5 ans au quartier Avotrou à Cotonou. Seul Alim supporte les charges de la famille. Elise n'a pas été à l'école. Il y a quatre ans environs que Elise vend des tissus par le système de distribution. Elise est aussi une coiffeuse qui vend également des mèches. Elise fait ses approvisionnements à Dantokpa, marché international du Bénin. C'est une ancienne cliente de ALIDé qui rembourse bien ses crédits. C'est dans l'optique d'agrandir son stock de tissus afin de mieux satisfaire sa clientèle, que Elise sollcite un quatrième crédit auprès de ALIDé.
