Khachatur Badalyan was born in 1968 in Kapan. He graduated from the Technological Institute in St. Petersburg. He is married and has three children: two school-aged daughters and a 2-year-old son. Now Khachatur is a superintendent of the school in Verin Khotanan village, Kapan area. And his wife works in the same school as a librarian. Khachatur, having been a school superintendent, has engaged in bee-keeping and he owns 25 bee-families. The first part of the day Khachatur spends at school and after dinner he is busy with his bees. Every month he has approximately 50.000 AMD income from bee-keeping. Khachatur is requesting a 400.000 AMD loan to increase the quantity of bee-families.
