El banco comunal 3 de Noviembre se encuentra en la parroquia Cumbe al suroeste de la ciudad de Cuenca, éste lugar se caracteriza por sus artesanías en tejido, también se han identificado sitios arqueológicos como Cauzhin y Tambo de Mariviña atractivos que atraen a turista nacional y extranjero.


La señora María Rosa A. es otra socia activa de éste banco comunal, vive en la parroquia de Cumbe en la ciudad de Cuenca, tiene 47 años de edad está felizmente casada y concibió siete hijos de 26, 24, 23, 21, 14, 12, 10 años de edad, su hija mayor se encuentra casada y vive independientemente, los tres siguientes trabajan y ayudan económicamente en casa, mientras que sus tres últimos hijos aun son estudiantes de secundaria y primaria respectivamente. Su esposo se dedica a la carpintería y con el esfuerzo familiar lograron construir su casa propia.

María Rosa se dedica a la cría gallinas criollas tanto para el consumo de su hogar como para la venta, divide su tiempo entre el cuidado de sus aves y los quehaceres de su hogar. Lleva ocho años trabajando con su banco comunal, con el crédito solicitado a la FUNDACIÓN ESPOIR va comprar cría de pollos y comida para iniciar su criadero.

Su sueño es de ampliar su casa.
