They call their group Ansorbeh which is a Temne word for steadfastness. This group is requesting their first loan from SMT/Kiva, for the amount of SLL 2,500,000 (SLL 500,000 each). With the help of this loan, they will be able to improve their businesses by adding more goods into their stalls. This will attract many customers into their businesses and as a result their sales and profits will increase, improving their way of life.

Adama Tarawalie is the leader of this group. Adama was born in a village call Songo, which is ~36 miles away from Magburaka town. Adama is approximately 37 years old. Her husband is a driver and they have two children who attend primary school. Adama has twenty years of experience in business. She sells palm oil, the most popular cooking oil. With this loan, she plans to expand her business to also sell rice.
