Agatha is 26. She is married and has two children. Both of her wards are in the basic school. She lives with her family in a rented apartment in a farming-dominated community in the western region of Ghana. Industrious as she is, Agatha works to support her husband to provide for the family. She is a seamstress by profession. Her shop is on one of the streets in her community. Agatha designs and sews dresses for her female clients. According to her, she has no apprentice yet. Agatha buys the fabrics from nearby towns. She has been in business for two years and wants a loan to buy fabrics and other sewing accessories to improve upon the quality of her services.
