Mrs. Toeur T. was selected by the members to be the village bank president. She is a farmer who grows rice on a plot of land that she owns. She also sells fresh fish in the local school. Her husband, Mr. Vorn Vun, is a fisherman. Mr Vun does not have enough fishing nets, so Mrs. Toeur T. has decided to ask for a loan to buy more fishing nets to support her husband’s fishery.

Mrs. Toeur T. is 35 years old and the mother of five children. Four of her children attend the local school; the youngest is too young to attend.
