Chanthou's story

Mrs. Chanthou P. is a farmer in Chan Teb village in Takeo province. She is 26 years old and the mother of two children. One child attends the local school and the youngest is too young to work or study

Her husband, Mr. Uch Chim, on the right in the photo, is a teacher in the local school.

Mrs. Chanthou P. owns a plot of land to cultivate rice. Aside from this plantation, she is a beautician who is hired by the people for make up for wedding ceremonies.
