Mrs. Ry S. is a village bank president, as selected by thirteen people in Kaev Kraom village, in Kandal province. Mrs. Ry S. is a farmer who owns a small piece of land to cultivate rice, to earn a living. In this farming, she faces a small problem because she does not have enough money to buy fertilizers for her fields, to make the crops more productive. Her husband, Mr. Reoung Sameth, is a teacher who makes a small salary to support the family. Mrs. Ry S. has four children who are attending the local school.
