Madalena Manuel Nhambe

Madalena Nhambe was born in Chokwe, province of Gaza in the south of Mozambique, she is 30 years old and is married and has 4 children who are 13, 10, 5 and 1 years old. She didn't studied because her father didn't support any school endeavours, as he lived with another wife in the Republic of South Africa. She lives in her own house built of very poor material in Boane with her family and besides her family she supports her mother in law sending her food.

She left Chokwe in 1997 with her mother to live at her aunts' house in Boane, province of Maputo, started working at an agricultural company that produces and sells bananas (Bananlandia) with her husband. Currently she works from 6 am to 2 pm with a salary of 1.630MT, she saves some money with co-workers thru Xitique and her husband always helps with the household.

She never requested credit from other institutions, she learned about Hluvuku tru co-workers who are clients too, and this is her first loan for 10.000MT which she expects to use to buy construction material (rock, cement, sand, iron, among others).

She promises to pay on time the loan in order to access to more credits in the future and finish her house to offer her family better living conditions.

Madalena nhambe nasceu em chokwe, Província de Gaza, ao sul de Moçambique, tem 30 anos de idade, casada e mãe de 4 filhos de 13,10,5 e 1 anos de idade. Não estudou porque o pai não sustentou as despesas escolares, vivia com uma outra esposa na Republica da Africa do Sul. Vive na casa própria construída na base de material precário em Boane com a família e para alem desta sustenta a Sogra (mãe do Marido) enviando alguns géneros alimentícios.

Saiu de Chokwe em 1997 com a mãe para a casa da tia em Boane, provincia de Maputo, começa a trabalhar numa empresa agrícola de produção e venda de Banana (Bananalandia) com o seu esposo. Actualmente trabalha das 6h as 14h auferindo um salário de 1.630.00mt, poupa algum no fim de mes com colegas através de Xitique e o marido tem ajudado sempre nas despesas caseiras.

Nunca trabalhou com outras instituições de crédito, conheceu a Hluvuku através de colegas que também são clientes desta instituição e este é o seu primeiro empréstimo no valor de 10.000.00mt com o qual pretende comprar material de construção (pedra, cimento, areia ferro e outros).

Compromete se a pagar devidamente este empréstimo afim de aceder a mais créditos no futuro concluir a sua obra e oferecer a sua família melhores condições de acomodação.
