39-year-old Helen F. and her husband, Nilo, have two children. Helen used to buy dried fish and sell them at retail. Now she has her own fishing boat, so she does not have to buy fish from other people. She can dry the fish herself and sell them. Helen requested a loan of Php12,000 from CEVI. She will use this loan to fund her business and hopefully, she will be able to reach her goals.
