Rabi is thirty years old. She is married and has given birth to one girl who is in school. She lives with her daughter and husband in a rented apartment in a busy commercial town called Ejura in the Ashanti region of Ghana. She works to support her husband financially to provide for the family.
Rabi is a food vendor. She prepares and sells porridge on a table by the roadside in the mornings. She procures the ingredients from nearby communities and has been in business for over ten years.
Rabi wants a loan to procure bags of maize and other ingredients in bulk. She is hopeful to give her child the best education she can afford.
