Sawuda is 35-years old. She cares for her own two children and two of her late uncle’s children living. Three of the children are currently in school. To support her household, she sells cereals like beans, maize, millet, rice and groundnuts in the community market to her loyal customers. She has a lot of experience in this business which she has been engaged in since her childhood. She takes delivery of stock from the farming communities in the northern part of Ghana. She is requesting a loan to expand the amount of stock she has to offer. An improved income will help her support her household, especially in helping with the children's eduction.
