Mrs. Siny S. is a beneficiary of an agreement between U-IMCEC and the Program for the Development of Children and Families (PDEF) Seydina Issa Laye. The PDEF works to reduce poverty within the community and protect the children of disadvantaged families. Thanks to this partnership, the parents of the children have access to loans with more flexible conditions than regular loans. Since the launch of the partnership in December 2008, 120 parents have received loans between FCFA 50,000 and FCFA 100,000.

Madame Siny S. est vendeuse de légumes et de produits divers. Elle est mariée et mère de trois enfants. A cause de l évolution de son activité elle s active toujours de 8h a 19h le soir. Elle sollicite un crédit de 100 000 frs et ambitionne de renforcer son activité. Avec ce prêt elle espère augmenter ses revenus mensuels de 50 000 frs. Cela fait plus de dix ans que Siny évolue dans ce domaine.

Madame Siny S. est une bénéficiaire du protocole entre U-IMCEC et le Programme de Développement de l'Enfant et de la Famille (PDEF) Seydina Issa Laye. Le PDEF cherche à réduire la pauvreté au sein de la communauté et surtout à protéger les enfants issus des familles démunies. Grâce a cette coopération, les parents de ces derniers peuvent profiter de crédit a des conditions plus souples par rapport aux crédits ordinaires. Depuis le démarrage du protocole en Décembre 2008, 120 parents ont reçu un financement pour des montants qui varient entre 50.000 et 150.000 frs.
